It all depends on when the receiver deposits it into their bank account. From then it can take 3 to 10 days, but you should consider it deducted from your balance from the day you sent it.


Banks do electronic clearance, and the minute a bank, even in another state, gets a cheque from your account, it is deducted, even if they don't credit the receivers account for several days.
