You can call your bank and ask if the check has cleared and when it did.

It can take UPS and USPS 10 to 14 days, on occasion to deliver a package, although I have received packages 36 hours after ordering. (Not with overnight delivery option)

It may also depend on whether your item was in stock, how reputable the business is that you ordered from, and how often the business goes to their delivery service, or if it is picked up daily, or only 2 or 3 times a week.

Where you ordered from should have this type of information available on their web site.

Hope it comes soon. How long does it take to clear a check?
If it's a good check, it will clear in one or two days. However, if it is a bad check, and the merchant's bank resubmits it, it can be two weeks before the merchant is notified that it bounced. For this reason, some merchants will sit on a check order for two to three weeks, just to make sure the check has really cleared.
A check can clear in two days if the receiver is using electronic processing. That is why in the modern world, don't write a check unless $ is there. If the person is depositing the old fashion way than would perhaps take three days.

The old days of sending a payment on Wednesday, and making deposit on Friday, as most checks are processed electronicly these days. You can wind up w/a bounced check, and if your bank feels like bouncing you, with Chex systems in place checking if you ever bounced a check it could be hard to open a checking acct again.

Can't you call this company? Since they are online I might get a little nervous,,,,,,,,,,though you didn't say how long.
