How can you make clear check boxes for Microsoft Word??

I made this packing list but i want to put check boxes to mark the stuff that i need off! Please help!!!How can you make clear check boxes for Microsoft Word??
There are two ways that I know of to do what you're asking in Word:





Select Insert, then Symbols. You'll get a dialog box with several symbols to select from.





or





Select Format, then Bullets and Numbering. There is a bullet style that's a check box that you can select.
