Does having a DUI taken off your insurance mean you will have a clear DMV check when applying for a job?

DUI was on new years of 03/04 which ever year you may consider it to be I guess it was after midnight so technically it was 04. I was just taken off my insurance after 4 years.Does having a DUI taken off your insurance mean you will have a clear DMV check when applying for a job?
Get a copy of your driving record from the DMV, and see if it is still showing. It is going to depend on the state how long the violation shows on your record.

Seeing as a DUI may also show up on a criminal record check, do not lie to the prospective employer if asked, even if it does not show on your driving record.Does having a DUI taken off your insurance mean you will have a clear DMV check when applying for a job?
It will still show up on your driving record.
Nope. That DUI is with you for the rest of your life.
I REALLY WOULD SAY THAT IT DEPENDS ON WHAT STATE THAT YOU LIVE IN BRO... HERE IN FLORIDA IN ORDER TO HAVE A DUI ABSOLVED TOTALLY FROM YOUR RECORDS HISTORY IS TO PAY AN EXTREMELY LARGE FEE, AND MAD DRIVING COURSE HOURS.... IF THE JOB THAT YOU ARE REFERRING TO INVOLVES DRIVING THEN I CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT THEY WOULD PERFORM AN EXTENSIVE BACKROUND CHECK AS FAR AS YOUR DRIVING RECORD IS CONCERNED...TRY GOOGLING OR ASK.COM'ING YOUR STATES DMV, OR CLERK OF COURT AND SEEING WHAT YOU CAN READ ABOUT THERE. OR JUST CALLING YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND PLAINLY ASKING THEM THE SAME QUESTION THAT YOU'VE ASKED US.....
