Depends on your bank. It's not uncommon for a bank to put a hold on large deposits but usually this amount is anything over 5K and usually takes about 5 days. Also depends on how you deposited it. If you did it through the ATM it would usually take a couple days for the entire amount to be available. Whereas if you walked in and deposited it, it should be available right away.
