I have over 400 photos in my attachments, I can check all, clear all, but cant delete all, can anyone help?

I want to get rid of some of these photos, but don't know how to do it.I have over 400 photos in my attachments, I can check all, clear all, but cant delete all, can anyone help?
Just delete the email the the picture is attached to, that will also delete the pictures. Are are you talking about web images that are in your temporary internet files that show up when ever you open an attached picture. You can eventually delete them all if you open a picture and click edit then select all and delete several times. But it is faster to go to your temporary internet files and delete them from there.
